The back is the hardest and most intricate bodypart to train. So many muscle groups, so much mass, and so many angles. While the other side of the back, the chest, is less than half of your body (your stomach is underneath), your back takes up your entire backside from your neck to your butt. People always say leg day is the hardest, but if done correctly, back day should tax you like no other.
In this program, we will split the back into two days: THICKNESS and WIDTH.
