1 scoop of MTS Machine Whey Vanilla Ice Cream Protein
1 cup of yogurt
1 tbs. cinnamon
½ cup of Splenda
½ cup of Splenda Brown Sugar
2 cups oat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup pure pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 tbs. pumpkin spice
Mix MTS Machine Whey Vanilla Ice Cream Protein, yogurt and cinnamon together.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Grab a bowl and combine the Splenda and Splenda Brown Sugar.
Add 1 egg at a time and mix together.
In a separate bowl, mix the pure pumpkin, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, sea salt and oat flour.
Mix the 2 combinations together.
Using a table spoon, scoop batter onto parchment paper on a cookie tray.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Let cool and place filling in between two pies and enjoy.
You can use a muffin pan for a more even cookie pie!
