Kara Corey did it again. She brought us a delicious recipe for Cookies & Cream cupcakes! Give this recipe a try with or without the icing!
Ingredients
Cookies & Cream Ingredients

1 scoop MTS Machine Whey Cookies & Cream Protein
-
3 tbs. coconut flour
-
¼ cup oat flour
-
1 tsp. baking powder
-
⅓ cup of Stevia
-
⅓ cup of cottage cheese
-
3 egg whites
-
¼ cup applesauce
-
½ cup almond milk
-
1 tbs. greek yogurt
Cookies & Cream Frosting Ingredients
-
1 scoop MTS Machine Whey Chocolate Protein
-
1 cup of 0% plain greek yogurt
Directions
Cupcake Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a big bowl..
In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together
Combine all ingredients in the bigger bowl (Pro Tip: Pour wet mixture on top of dry mixture to avoid powder going everywhere).
Grab a traditional 12 cupcake baking pan, add cupcake liners and fill each one about 2/3.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Frosting Directions
Mix MTS Machine Whey Chocolate Protein and yogurt.
Add more protein for desired consistency.
Top each cupcake that you’d like to have frosting.
