I had major asthma problems as well and been diagnosed as a diabetic. After losing all this weight and living healthy and clean I am now rid of asthma and sugar problems and I am off all medication.

What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

Eating maybe two real dirty meals a day but snacking on crap through the day. Drinking alcohol and smoking on the daily! No gym or any outdoor activities.

Health! Was told by a doctor that I needed to start looking after myself more. My health was going backward and I was heading towards having a heart attack soon!

Cutting carbs and sugar and doing cardio!

Started going to gym three times a week and then ended up going 5-6 times a week. 20 min cardio (bike or treadmill) 45 weight training. Used medium weights but with high reps. Two body parts with 6-8 sets and 15-20 reps.
