What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

I was a depressed university student with poor eating and sleeping habits and I had stopped all forms of exercise. I ate to try to fill the holes in my life.

I couldn't fit in any of my clothes. The love of my life had left me and I was left with nothing but hatred for myself and what I had become.

What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?

My main struggles were trying to get my mental state back together and trying to find myself again. I needed to find a way to love myself again.

Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation

I started lifting about 3-4 times a week for about 45 minutes a day. I tapered up and progressed, now I do weight training 5-6 days a week for one and a half to two hours a day.

During the summer, I also work 8 hours doing physical labor, which helps me burn extra calories to get shredded during summer.

Detail Your Diet/Eating Plan During Your Transformation

I eat at least my body weight in grams of protein. I eat around 300-350 grams of carbs a day while I bulk and around 150-200 grams of carbs during my more extreme cuts (considering I do a lot of physical labor during the summer). Fats make up the rest (calories vary depending on short-term goals and expenditure). I experiment and tailor my diet by what I see in the mirror. 6 meals a day.
