What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

I always struggled with my weight all my life growing up. I would get made fun of for being fat and always get into fights. when I turned 16 I started drinking and that just made me get bigger. By the time I was 17 years old I was about 240 at 5 ft 8 and just kept going to parties and drinking.

At 18 I graduated and slowed down going to parties. I started playing video games all day and eating junk food. By the time I was 20 years old I was at my all time heaviest weight at 350 lbs.

I would be out of breath just walking up steps. I always went to the mall and I would be walking not even for 20 minutes and I would be so tired sweating and out of breath, and my back would be hurting me so bad!

What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?

Trying to eat healthy. And losing the weight.

Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation

I started lifting at home doing full body workouts for 15 minutes 3 times a day, morning, afternoon and at night for about 2 to 3 months. Then I got my first membership at the YMCA and started learning more and more about lifting by watching other people and YouTube videos.

Because at first I didn't have any idea what I was doing I just wanted to lose the weight but be big and strong. After a month of lifting at the YMCA I started doing two a days and sitting in the sauna. And the weight just started coming off and I kept seeing results.

Then I came to a speed bump at about 310 lbs and couldn't lose any more weight. And this is when I started learning about eating the right foods and it helped a lot.

Detail Your Diet/Eating Plan During Your Transformation

I stopped drinking pop and eating fast food. In 2014 I really started learning more about how to eat and when to eat. So my diet was eating every 2 1/2 hours and and cutting out sugars. So a full meal then snack.
  • Breakfast - 1/2 cup Quaker Oats with 2 tablespoons of PB2, 3 mini bell peppers, hot green tea, 4 egg whites, 3 whole eggs and 4 strawberries.
  • Snack - 1/2 cup almonds and kale.
  • Lunch - 8 ounces ground turkey 93%, 1/2 cup brown rice, one cup of greens.
  • Snack - Protein shake, half cup almonds, one banana, one cup celery.
  • Dinner - One cup greens, 8 ounces tilapia, salad with 1/2 avocado, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Snack - Quest bar
  • Before Bed - Casein shake

For the first year I used the pre-workout C4. Then I started taking Super HD fat burning pills and protein shakes about a year and a half into my weight loss. At 2 years of lifting I was talking a pre-workout, fat burners, protein shakes and BCAA's.

Now I take CLA, fish oil, multivitamin, fat burner, joint formula, BCAA's, pre-workout, protein, and creatine monohydrate.
