Carbs - 52g
Fat - 4g

Mix in bowl:

1/2 scoop MTS Machine Vanilla Ice Cream Isolate
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oats
1 tbs Splenda Brown Sugar
Dash of salt
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup shredded carrots
lemon zest
1 tbs almond milk

Add to a small muffin tin

Put in oven at 350 F for 12-14 minutes
