2-Minute Blackberry Mug Cake

Nutritional Facts:

Protein - 27g

Mix:
3/4 Scoop MTS Vanilla Ice Cream Isolate
3 tbs whole wheat flour
1 tbs Stevia
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbs egg white
1/2 tbs pure vanilla extract
1 tbs unsweetened cashew milk
1 tbs greek yogurt

Add in 1/4 cup blackberries - do not crush

Spray a mug with Pam Spray and put the batter in mug

Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes

Remove from mug and add a protein frosting and berries!
