Olympiada Gear Stretch Training Bands

Olympiada's stretch training bands are the perfect partner for your workouts.  Elevate your traning by adding resistance with these high quality pull up/stretch bands.  These bands are made of layered latex, not just rubber, which means they will be able to withstand a serious amount of punishment.  With resistance levels from 10 pounds up to 125 pounds, any level of lifter can add these to create a new workout.
  • LIGHT  - Small Red Resistance: 10 to 35 pounds of resistance and is 1/2 of an inch.
  • MEDIUM - Medium Green Resistance: 30 to 65 pounds of resistance and is 1 1/4 inches.
  • HEAVY - Large Blue Resistance: 30 to 80 pounds of resistance and is 3/4 of an inch.
  • EXTRA HEAVY - XL Black Resistance: 50 to 125 pounds of resistance and is 1 3/4 inches.

black extra heavy bands

i bought the black extra heavy band, it definitely wont break. Im 165 pounds and leaned my whole body against it and it pulled me back haha
