Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before meals, twice daily. Persons with sensitive stomachs may prefer to take capsules with food.

Quercetin Use

Have been using Quercetin for almost a year now and find the produce to be very helpful in conjunction with my daily use of zinc. Recommend people do their own research but this is a good product when used as a supplement and when taking together with zinc.
