When to take?
Machine Whey: For maximum results, consume Whey Protein pre and post-workout and anytime you need extra protein in your diet. Whey protein can replace protein in your meals.
Expansion: Take one scoop with 8-12 oz of water 30 minutes prior to intense training. Expansion It is built to provide skin-splitting pumps AND increase VO2 Max by up to 11x (for more reps, sets, and endurance).
MTS Creapure: Consume 5 grams per day. Take one 5-gram serving 30 minutes prior to training on training days. On non-training days, take one 5-gram serving with your first meal of the day!
Peak Physicor: Take 2 Capsules with the first meal of the day or prior to training on training days!
Nutrient Driver: Take 2 Capsules with your post-workout carb-containing shake or meal and one more dose with another higher carb meal each day. On non-training days, consume two capsules with each of 2 higher-carb meals.
