I am giving this a 3 due to how long it took to receive this. It sat in Austin it said for 4 days. The tracker was incorrect.

Overall I'm giving it a 5*, but I do reserve the option to lower it if it shows issues later on. I've been using it for about a week now as recommended. I've seen slight increases in my program, with an extra ounce lost here and there during my fast days, and less drag on my exercise days. I'm 39 and basically "skinny fat. " My program has provided about .8 lbs / day in fat loss, sustained so far for about 18lbs. M6 has so far allowed for 1lbs over the past 4 days. I can't say if my results are typical, I can only say these are my results.
This has taken my level of fitness to the next level. Only after a week I've seen a difference with my body. This has now been a staple of my training supplements
