It's chalk full of everything, could froth a little less but it's great.

Great vitamins

I got the cherry one, it’s great tasting it you mix it with a drink or smoothie which is what I do. I love it!

Goes down better

So much easier than taking all the pills that come with the pak taste isn’t bad at all reminds me of tang.

Not to shabby

Overall I liked the product. It's better then taking all those pills so I'm glad it's I. Powder form makes it easier. Taste is okay not delicious in my opinion but it is drinkable. I got the cherry berry flavor I habtn tried the orange one. I would recommend this product if your not of fan of eating vegetables and fruits all day makes easier to consume your daily dose of vitamins and nutrients.
