NOW Foods L-Theanine

L-Theanine is an amino acid naturally found in green tea. L-Theanine promotes relaxation without the drowsiness or negative side effects associated with other calming agents. L-Theanine also supports healthy cardiovascular function through this relaxing effect. This formulation also includes Inositol, a member of the B-Vitamin family that is essential for brain and nervous system health.

Great product!

I use it when I'm feeling anxious. I take it with caffeine to fight the anxiety that I might get from caffeine. It helps me relax during the day or night. But it doesn't make me sleepy.

Helpful!

So I started adding this into my routine to take with my nighttime supplement stack since I was still having issues with anxiety and sleeping at night. I will say I think adding this in really helped me relax more at night and have more restful sleep. I would say if you've already been practicing good sleep practices plus a PM supplement routine and you need a little more love in that department, then yes I would recommend adding this into it.
