What is Ecdysterone?
Ecdysterone is a naturally occurring hormone found in plants and animals. Studies have shown that Ecdysterone may promote an increase in lean muscle mass and an improvement in overall strength.

Complexed Ecdysterone is a more bioavailable form of Ecdysterone. What does that mean? Bioavailability determines how much of a supplement can be absorbed by the body to be used properly. As Ecdysterone is a lipophilic compound with low solubility in water, it faces poor absorption issues in the gut. Studies have shown over 100x enhanced solubility of Ecdysterone when complexed with cyclodextrins.
