WHEN DO I TAKE IT?

MTS Vasky: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop into your favorite stimulant-based pre-workout formula such as Clash 3D. As a standalone, mix into 6 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. The Ingredients in Vasky can clump. This does NOT affect the quality of the supplement. Simply break up the clumps and enjoy the results!

MTS Clash OG: As a dietary supplement, consume 1 scoop with 8-16 ounces of water. To assess tolerance, start at 1/2 scoop and increase the dosage until you reach the maximum recommendation of 1 scoop.
