Quercetin is a naturally occurring free radical scavenger that supports healthy seasonal immune system function. Laboratory studies have demonstrated that quercetin can also help to promote normal respiratory function. Serving size is two capsules. Each serving contains 800mg of Quercetin and 165mg of Bromelain (2400 GDU/g). This product comes in 120 count (60 serving) and 240 count (120 serving) sizes.

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before meals, twice daily. Persons with sensitive stomachs may prefer to take capsules with food.

Quercetin Use

Have been using Quercetin for almost a year now and find the produce to be very helpful in conjunction with my daily use of zinc. Recommend people do their own research but this is a good product when used as a supplement and when taking together with zinc.
