NOW Foods MCT Oil

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT's) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oil. MCT's are more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats, as they require lower amounts of enzymes and bile acids for intestinal absorption. MCT's are metabolized very quickly in the liver and are reported to encourage an increase in energy expenditure, while decreasing fat storage. Good product

Have to mix with something...it can be a little rough to drink but can be hidden in the right mixer. Juice, coffee, protein shake.

I use this oil on

I use this oil on my food when I am eating my salad and cooking it’s great. Helps me maintain my weight management. Very healthy I need to buy more.

Great Product At The Lowest Internet Price

Now Pharmaceutical grade MCT oil is a great product. But, what's even better, is being able to get it at a great price, from Tiger Fitness. This is $10 off of the price that I can find it in local stores
