This book really emphasized on the core things you need to build a big chest, my chest struggled to gain size, even strength but with the help of this book, I've been able to pack on the size pretty quickly.

It was a good read. Informational. But when it came down to the breakdown of the exercises, I got lost a bit. I wrote everything down, but I’m still a little confused, but I’ll work it out eventually. But all-in-all that is why I only gave 3 stars.

I've been looking EVERYWHERE for something different for a chest routine. I'm a certified trainer but sometimes you need a different perspective and this has really kicked it up.
