Bought this for my girlfriend. She is sensitive to many multi vitamins (gets nauseated etc), but not this one. Beverly has been around for some time and they produce high quality products at a great cost. If you are looking for a good all around multi, this should be on your list.

Good quality

I usually take ON men’s multi they was out so I tried these.  Feel they are adequate although they’re very large I recommend breaking in half to swallow.
