The citrus flavor is spot on and definitely felt better after taking it after about a week. Helps with my swollen knees and aching elbows.

I use lots of ladders like 10 to 12 ft ladders never thought I'd experience knee problems about 60 days ago my knees got pretty bad aching and hurting everyday and my foot I tried the Instaflex from GNC free on a commercial that's all it's worth is free it did not work... I changed my shoes the better Sole shoe it only help the feet the animal Flex arrived I tried it the first day after 6 hours of consuming the tablets there was a big difference they made me in a great mood all day and lots of energy was added and my joints gave me the biggest thank you I ever felt I was going to go down the ladders with ease still have some Associated pain but it is very comfort of pain and I've been consuming Flex every day.. it says on the bottle to use before you create a problem I should have used these before I had my problem but you never know until you get the problem arrived I'll take three products by animal I think animal makes the best products I'll take a lots of different kinds of products animal seems to be the best for me in rating I give it 10 Stars

Always forget how helpful this product is. Been using it on and off for 15 years and every time I do my knee problems go away. One of my favorite joint supplements ever.

Never can go with animal products EVER. Love this one and take many of their products as well. It does have a decent amount of pills but i can take a lot of pills and easy convince of course in the packet. Also shipping was super fast even being deployed !
