The back is the hardest and most intricate bodypart to train. So many muscle groups, so much mass, and so many angles. While the other side of the back, the chest, is less than half of your body (your stomach is underneath), your back takes up your entire backside from your neck to your butt. People always say leg day is the hardest, but if done correctly, back day should tax you like no other.

Thicker, Wider Back

Been lifting for several years and when training back have always had a hard time consistently felling the muscle connection. While sometimes I would have doms in the targeted area, I usually would not. After using Marc's program and following his guidelines, I finally am experiencing consistent mind muscle connection and I am sore the next day in the specific muscle group I targeted.
