Great shaker

Good quality, few nooks and crannies for chunks to stick in. My go to shake is MTS Vanilla Ice Cream whey, two scoops of MTS greens + reds blend, and two scoops of creatine mono. Shakes up just fine in this bottle.

It does its job great

It mixes and holds the liquid inside of it. Can't ask for more out of a shaker bottle. Warning if top is open liquid will come out (con and pro).
