Mug Cake
Ingredients

1 scoop MTS Machine Whey (ANY FLAVOR!)

4 tbs. unsweetened almond milk

4 tbs. egg whites

1 tbs. coconut flour

1 tsp. sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

1 tbs. Stevia
-
¼ tsp butter extract (Optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Grab a coffee mug and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into mug.
Cook in microwave, in 30 second intervals until fully cooked.
