Adding your favorite flavor of MTS Protein powder to this pancake recipe will give you a delicious and nutritious breakfast!

1 scoop of your favorite MTS protein
6 egg whites
2 tbsp Splenda (or sweetener of your choice)
2 tbsp Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Get frying pan hot and spray with non stick oil.
Pour onto pan and cover.
Once the bottom is firm and brown, flip and cook the other side until done.
The pancake should be cooked enough when you flip it so it will not break.
Sprinkle cinnamon and Splenda to the top of pancake.
