4 scoops MTS Machine Whey Vanilla Ice Cream Protein
1 cup oat flour
¼ cup Stevia
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites
½ cup plain greek yogurt
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
Cinnamon
Preheat Oven to 350°.
Spray an 8”x8” pan with Pam.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
Combine both mixtures and mix thoroughly (Pro Tip: Pour wet mixture into large bowl, on top of dry mixture. This will avoid having powder go everywhere)
Pour half of the batter into the pan and dust with cinnamon.
Pour rest of the batter in pan and dust with cinnamon. Optional: Add nuts.
Bake for 26 minutes or until the top is set.
Allow to cool and cut into 9 pieces
