Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix cream cheese and cinnamon into a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix egs, oil and heavy cream.
Add protein powder, baking powder and sweetener into the cream mixture and stir thoroughly.
Combine both mixtures along with the blueberries.
Grab a 9 muffin baking tin and line up with cupcake cups and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 15-29 minutes or until the muffins begin to brown at the top.

NOTE: Feel free to swap the blueberries out for another berry fruit you may love!
