Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°.

2. Mix cream cheese and cinnamon into a small bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, mix egs, oil and heavy cream.

4. Add protein powder, baking powder and sweetener into the cream mixture and stir thoroughly.

5. Combine both mixtures along with the blueberries.

6. Grab a 9 muffin baking tin and line up with cupcake cups and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

7. Bake for 15-29 minutes or until the muffins begin to brown at the top.
