5 Scoops MTS Machine Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
3 Large Eggs
3 tbs. vegetable oil
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tsp. baking powder
⅓ cup Stevia Brown Sugar
1 Cup Blueberries
½ Cup Fat-Free Cream Cheese
¼ Tsp. Cinnamon
Pre-Heat Over to 375 F
Mix Cream Cheese and Cinnamon into a small bowl
Mix Eggs, oil and cream in a separate bowl
Add protein powder, baking powder and sweetener into the cream mixture and stir thoroughly
Combine both mixtures along with the blueberries
Pour into the muffin tins
Bake for 15-29 minutes or until the muffins begin to brown at the top
NOTE: Feel free to swap the blueberries out for another berry fruit you may love!
