Directions
Slice apples (as thin, thick as you desire) and place them into a sealable plastic bag
Pour cinnamon and protein powder into the bag
Shake in bag until covered

Optional: You can sweeten this delicacy by adding Stevia.
Any apple will do. If you want to bake your apple slices, best to use Granny Smith, Honeycrisp or Golden Delicious apples. They will hold their shape well!
For a Crispy, Crunchy Texture:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Arrange slices in a single layer
- Bake at 225° for 1-2 hours, until the slices are dry and the edges start to curl
