1 Scoop MTS Machine Whey Protein PB Cookies & Cream
1 Cup Almond Butter
½ Cup Sugar Free Syrup
2 Eggs
2 Cups Oats
½ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Preheat Oven to 350 F
Spray a 9x11 inch pan with Pam Spray
In a small bowl use an electric mixer to mix almond butter, protein powder, & syrup
Beat eggs into mixture
Mix oats, coconut and baking soda into mixture
Firmly press stiff dough into the pan using the back of a spoon
Bake for 12 minutes or until the top browns slightly
Cool pan on a rack
Cut into 18 even squares
Optional: Add any fruit desired to mixture before cooking
