Winter is here, and if you're like me, your joints are feeling it. As the cold sets in, joint pain tends to flare up. Whether it’s from old injuries, arthritis, or simply the wear and tear of heavy training, joint discomfort is a struggle many of us deal with. This year, I’m doing something new to combat that pain—I’m adopting a low-carb diet, and I’ve added Ambrosia Golden to my daily routine.
