What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

I had a problem with food. Ate 2-3 chocolate a day. Bags of chips. Cookies, 2-3 liters of Coca-Cola. I could not tie my shoes without getting dizzy.

My turning point began when the doctor told me that I had a pre-diabetic condition. I had problems with bile and must have surgery. I said, "No one will cut me." My journey began.

great job, docs are quick to prescribe anything other than diet and exercise, and if they do they usually weigh 300 lbs while they tell you to eat healthier.
