I did intense weight training for one to one and a half hours a day and did 30 minutes of cardio on top of that.

I ate a high protein, high fat, low carb diet. My only carb sources were brown rice and sweet potato. I mostly ate chicken, rice, sweet potato, and a lot of veggies.
