What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?
Four to five years ago life was very different, before living this lifestyle. Boring, making bad food choices, not very active.
Once I discovered the sport and lifestyle, fell in love with it and focused on making steady progress and living an overall healthy life.
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?
Food. I love food too much. Would get way too heavy in my off-seasons. To the point where dieting was ABSOLUTELY unbearable. I would say having a better relationship with food has been my hardest struggle.
Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation
Trained 6 days a week, cardio went depending on my needs.
Detail Your Diet/Eating Plan During Your Transformation
Mostly "clean" foods as they say. Chicken, beef, fish, egg whites, whey, rice, sweet potatoes. Lots of micronutrient dense foods.

Improving my look year and by year and placing better in each show.

- Thinking too much.
- Not sticking to the plan 100%.
- Not training my hardest.
- If you stick with the program, in the end you will get where you want to be.
- There are no miracle supplements.
- You have to bust your butt!
Stick with the program, don't over think, and the results will come. As long as you commit to it, work 110%, bust your butt with your training/cardio/diet the results will follow.
