What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?

Sluggish, unexciting, disappointing, etc.

No females were interested in me AND I couldn't get in several roller coasters/rides at amusement parks. I wasn't amused, bro.

What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?

Plateaus, body image issues, and self doubt.
Body Transformation

Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation

Three to four gym visits weekly. Started with a push/pull/legs split, did about 10 minutes of walking to warm up, lifted and then did about 20 minutes of cardio to burn more fat. As I got leaner I switched it up to the split from Arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding.

Legs/chest, back/shoulders and arms. Cardio regiment was the same but with higher resistance and speed. Protein shake after every workout

Detail Your Diet/Eating Plan During Your Transformation

Used "myfitnesspal" app to track calories and macros and ate accordingly. Lots of chicken breasts, tuna, eggs, and brown rice.

Body Transformation

At the beginning, I used some ECA fat burners and things of that sort, but as I got more knowledgeable I let those things go and just kept it simple with a multi, fish oil, extra vitamin D3, and zinc and whey protein as needed

What Was Your Major Accomplishment, or Major Milestones?

Competed in a powerlifting event, got my deadlift up to 465. Going for 470 today. Ran in a 5k (I don't run) and I'm entering a mud race this year. Oh, and I rode like every roller coaster at Kings Dominion last time I went, lol.

Detail Your 3 Biggest Mistakes

Weighing myself too often, believing that water weight was fat and messing up my eating/lifting times (thus going when I was still digesting stuff, etc.).

3 Biggest Things You Learned During Your Transformation?

To trust myself, that mental strength and physical strength are equally important to this process (and others), and lastly that I can always push it just a tad bit further than I think.

Get mad about it! And just do it! Don't look for more information, just get out there and TRY and you'll be well on your way and miles ahead of most other people.
