What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?I didn't do any sport or exercise at all. I used to but then got too busy with work and family so I stopped.
A few months after my son was born I was sick and tired of looking fat. I was watch clips on YouTube of people with a six pack. And I decided that I wanted to get one and loose weight and get fit so I could also play more with my 3 kids.
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges? My major struggle was with food and running. I had to start walking and build my way up to a run after months.

I bought a home gym and started lifting weights. I had never done weights before. I followed the program and did weights 5 days a week.

Then when I started the transformation challenge I ate what they had on there meal plan. I was able to stick to it really well.
Detail Your Supplement Plan During Your TransformationYes I did I started taking
protein shakes. Then when I did my transformation challenge I added creatine as well as a
pre-workout.
What Was Your Major Accomplishment, or Major Milestones? My major accomplishment was the six pack that I had always wanted. And the fact that I could run 5kg non stop and in a good time.
