High-Protein Cheesecake

Nutritionals Per Serving (Makes 4 servings)

Carbs - 16g
Fat - 4g

Preheat oven to 325 F

Melt 12 oz fat-free cream cheese in the microwave for 55 seconds
Stir cream cheese until completely smooth
Add 3-4 cup Splenda
Add 2.25 full scoops MTS Machine Whey
Add 2 whole eggs

MIX ingredients until it is a smooth consistency

Add 12 oz fat-free Greek yogurt and mix again until completely smooth

Add parchment paper into a baking bowl
Pour batter into baking bowl

Bake at 325 F for 30 min

REDUCE temp to 200 F and bake for another 50 min

Place uncovered on stove top for 1 hour before placing in the fridge

Chill in the fridge overnight
