Caramel Apple, Protein Cookies

Protein - 3.5g
Carbs - 9g
Fat - 2g

Mix together

1 scoop MTS Machine Whey
1/2 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tbs Splenda Brown Sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 medium sized apple - peeled, sliced, and diced
2/8 cup unsweetened cashew milk

Once mixed use a tbs to place on a cooking tray to make each cookie even

Bake for 10-15 min at 325 FMelt 2 tbs sea salt caramel baking chips and drizzle on the top of the cookies
