I Woke up one day and realized it was time to be healthy. I had all that weight on playing college football so when it ended I needed a change and to lose the weight and fix my mindset. I had many goals for my future and it all started with losing this weight and getting in the best shape of my life
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?Maintaining strength while dieting was tough as well as controlling my sweet tooth and daily stresses.
What Was Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation?I worked out 6 days a week: 3 heavy days and 3 hypertrophy days and I did cardio 3-4 times a week and focused on HIIT training.
What Was Your Eating Plan During Your Transformation?I started with cleaning up the types of food I ate and when somewhat Paleo. After I made that transition I stuck to somewhat flexible dieting and made sure I was in a slight caloric deficit 6 days a week and the seventh day I went into a slight surplus to continue to grow my muscles while I was burning fat.

- Overtraining doesn't exist with weights, you can always push yourself to the limits and the body will adapt.
- Progressive overload plus hypertrophy was my key to maintaining and gaining strength along the fat loss journey.
- All negative mind sets can be overcome by properly fueling the body and mind and training your face off.
