It was rough. I wasn't happy because I hated waking up in the morning and seeing something I hate in the mirror.
My turning point was when I found myself struggling to do things I used to be able to do wit ease. I had no endurance and I couldn't fit into any of my clothes.
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?
The major struggles were motivating myself to wake up early and go run. The second was coming home after a hard workou and no eating junk food.
What Was Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation?
I would wake up anywhere from 6 to 7 in the morning to do cardio and my workouts were intense with no breaks pushing every set till I couldn't get another rep.
What Was Your Eating Plan During Your Transformation?
I would wake up and eat an egg white omelet with veggies. The rest of the day would be all chicken breast and nuts to ensure I wasn't starving by my next meal so I wouldn't over eat. My pre-workout meal was oatmeal and my post workout was a protein shake.
Detail Your Supplement Plan During Your Transformation
I would take the basics pre and post-workout. Then I started taking BCAAs and fat burners to speed up the process I also took a multivitamin which I feel really helped me.
What Were Your Major Accomplishments or Milestones?
My major accomplishment was when people started coming to me for help with their goals because they had seen how far I came. My major milestone was getting to a low enough body fat percentage to see all of my abs.
