Enter Westside Conjugate, the most respected powerlifting system that turns men into mammoths. It turns women into superheroes. It’s a Soviet system refined and perfected by Louie Simmon.

The program is a 6-day split meant to be done over a 7–10-day span. This means you must get at least 4 workouts a week, do them in order, but take off days if needed. For most, this will be 4-5 days a week.
