Directions

Have been using this stuff religiously since I got it a few weeks ago. As others have said, yes it is a pain in the ass to get it to dissolve in water but if you just shake the hell out of it it'll eventually blend in. The taste could work, but the fact that you need to use room temperature water to get it to dissolve makes the product hard to deal with. Love the shaker bottle!

For anyone who is really serious about trying to gain muscle, this is essential. It provides everything you need during a workout and I have seen results within a week. A must have.
