WHEN DO I TAKE IT?
PumpChasers GAF Whey: Depending on your individual protein needs, mix 1-3 scoops of GAF Whey into 6-18 ounces of cold water or milk (6oz per scoop) into a shaker or blender. For maximum results, consume GAF Whey pre and post workout and at any time you need extra protein in your diet.
PumpChasers Pump and Grind: For the ultimate training experience, consume 1 scoop with 8-16 ounces of water. To assess tolerance, start at 1/2 scoop and increase by 1/2 scoop as tolerated until you reach the maximum dose of 1 scoop.
PumpChasers Intra-Pump: Consume throughout the duration of a workout. Take an additional serving or two throughout the day to encourage water consumption and promote quicker muscle recovery.
PumpChasers Cuts FTS: Begin by taking one capsule with your first meal of the day or before morning cardio. Once you can tolerate that dosage, add an additional capsule 6-8 hours later.
