I only use two caps a day, after my workout.
Don't use carbs pre workout, so when I totally depletes the muscles and later on add this formula with a high fast carb meal... BOOM, 'blows' up everytime, especially the day after.
Veiny asf, can really see/feel the carbs pushing through the muscles and I guess I feel more recovered afterwards also.
Will definitly buy again, I recommend this!
Can't believe what this would do at a even higher dose pre competition... >: ]

Directions:
