Pump Chasers Pump N Grind - Powerful Preworkout

Pump Chasers brings you the all new powerful pre-workout, Pump N' Grind! This top of the line product features clinically dosed ingredients that will help bring you the explosive energy that you need to make every rep count! Pump N' Grind also focuses on the muscle building compounds by adding in Creatine Monohydrate and the perfect dose of Betaine Nitrate to get that pump that makes everyone in the gym stop and stare! You'll notice that the pumps, focus and energy you get from this product are unlike any pre-workout you've ever tried!

The granddaddy of all natural muscle builders, creatine monohydrate needs no introduction or lengthy explanation. It’s been around a long time and has been shown countless times to be effective for athletes of all kinds.

Creatine improves hydration, supports lean mass gains, boosts strength, blunts fatigue, and accelerates recovery.[1,2] It also supports cognitive function, too![3] There’s a reason creatine is the first supplement many people use, it flat out works!

To make jaw-dropping gains, you have to be willing to push farther and harder than ever before, and beta alanine is the supplement to help you last longer in the gym. Beta alanine increases carnosine levels in skeletal muscle, which improves your body’s ability to buffer metabolic waste products that accumulate during exercise.[4] This translates to increased endurance and stamina with less fatigue and “burning” in the muscle.[5,6] In combination with creatine, the two create a powerful 1-2 strength and muscle-building punch.

Taurine is a amino acid that delivers a plethora of benefits to hard training athletes. As an osmolyte, taurine encourages your cells to soak up extra water, which improves hydration and endurance.[7]

Ingesting Taurine before exercising can improve performance in trained athletes and research shows that Taurine speeds recovery time and helps protect muscle damage caused by exercise, significantly reducing muscle breakdown, increasing the results of your workouts.

Taurine also synergizes with the well-known CNS stimulant caffeine (also contained in Pump n Grind) to enhance focus and reduce mental fatigue[8], and to cap it off, taurine can even reduce muscle breakdown and improve recovery from training.[9]

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is an extremely powerful antioxidant that protects against oxidative stress and supports increased production of glutathione, another high-powered antioxidant in the body.[10,11] NAC isn’t just for protection though, it also improves performance by enhancing nitric oxide production for better blood flow and bigger pumps![12]

Establishing a strong mind-muscle connection is essential to making the most of the endless hours you spend training in the gym. Without it, you’re never truly getting the most out of your training sessions. That’s where Alpha GPC comes in.

This highly bioavailable form of choline increases production of the “learning” neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, which is responsible for establishing the mind-muscle connection and ensuring you stay focused throughout your entire workout.[13,14,15]

Few other ingredients are as effective at increasing nitric oxide production than citrulline malate. It’s more effective than L-Arginine, and proven to be a valuable ergogenic aid.[16] Citrulline Malate improves blood flow and nutrient delivery, along with enhancing energy production and endurance while training.[17,18] It also delivers some of the biggest pumps you’ve ever experienced too!

Nitrates are another equally powerful stimulator of nitric oxide production in the body, though nitrates work via a different pathway. That means with Pump N Grind you get double the effectiveness for supreme nitric oxide production, generating superior performance and massive pumps.

Nitrates act as powerful vasodilators that enhance blood flow to working muscles, improving power and performance.[19,20,21] They also make your body more efficient at exercise by decreasing the cost of oxygen used by your body during intense training.[22,23]

One reason Betaine Nitrate is able to help your endurance and extend your workouts is by increasing both aerobic and anaerobic metabolisms. It may also increase performance during workouts by improving fatty acid and lactate metabolism – all while expanding intracellular volume. Cortisol levels have been lowered when using Betaine before exercising. Additionally, Betaine Nitrate may have multiple mechanisms that increase nitric oxide blood levels to assist in the increase of vascular function.

Included in the research-backed 2:1:1 ratio, the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are included for their ability to promote lean mass gains via stimulation of the mTOR pathway in the body. BCAAs also improve endurance and stamina while training as they are immediate oxidized for energy by working muscles.[24,25]

Tyrosine is an amino acid that increases production of the dopamine, adrenaline (epinephrine), and noradrenaline (norepinephrine). These three neurotransmitters bolster focus, enhance mood, and provide extra motivation for you to get in the gym and utterly obliterate the iron.[25,26] Tyrosine also combats stress, helping you stay calm, cool, and collected no matter how intense things get during the workout.

To get you jacked up and ready to train like a true Pump Chaser, Pump N Grind includes a stout 300mg dose of the potent CNS stimulant, caffeine. Not much can be said about this ingredient you don’t already know and love. It elevates mood, focus, energy, and alertness. And, it’s even proven to improve your physical performance too. Caffeine is what ties everything together in Pump N Grind to create the ultimate pre workout training fuel.

This is my new Pre-Workout
I took this right before i started working out and about 20-ish minutes in, it snuck up on me and was like 'lets fuck shit up'. It didn't have my skin all tingly(well, just a lil, but it's cool) like the other pre's do. And it seemed to taper off about the time I was finished working out. It wasn't sudden and there was no noticeable crash.

Cons: Had to stab it with a fork to break it up and the scoop handle should be shorter to fit inside the container sideways. It's hella long and because the powder is solid, you can't bury it to make it fit. I'll just trim it down when I get a chance.

Good supplement choice.
Tried a lot of pre-workouts over the years. This was the first time for Pump n grind. Was attracted to the basic ingredients, specific dosages and price. Feels good intra-workout and has little drop off after. Highly recommended. Jump on the BOGO if possible. Would purchase again, even at regular price.
