When to take?
Machine Whey: For maximum results, consume Whey Protein pre and post workout and anytime you need extra protein in your diet. Whey protein can replace protein in your meals.
Intra-Pump: Consume throughout the duration of a workout. Take an additional serving or two throughout the day to encourage water consumption and promote quicker muscle recovery.
Ruckus: For the ultimate training experience, consume 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 scoop and increase to a maximum of 1 scoop, as tolerated.
Drop Factor: Start with ONE Capsule Drop Factor upon waking. Once you can tolerate one capsule, increase to one capsule upon waking and one capsule 6-8 hours later (NOT to be within 5 hours of bedtime). Once you can tolerate the above dose, add one capsule to the morning dose for two capsules in the AM and one capsule 6-8 hours later.
