When to take?

Clash 3D: For the ultimate training experience, consume one scoop with 8 ounces of water. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 scoop and increase to a maximum of 1 scoop, as tolerated.
Machine Fuel: Take 1-2 scoops, mix with 8-12 oz of water and sip during training.
MTS Creapure: Consume 5 grams per day. Take one 5-gram serving 30 minutes prior to training on training days. On non-training days, take one 5-gram serving with your first meal of the day!
