What payment options are available?
Tiger Fitness is proud to accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, Tiger Fitness Gift Cards, Money Orders, and MyRewards credit. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).
Do you accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express GIFT CARDS?
Yes, but prior to making any online purchase, you must register your card first with the banking institute that issued that card. Visit the website on the back of your card.
Be sure to use the same name and billing address that you will be using for your online/phone order. If you do not register your card first, the funds will be pulled form your gift card but declined on our end. We cannot process a credit card bank or gift card unless the billing address on file with your bank matches the address provided at check out. This is part of our ongoing effort to protect our customers from credit card theft and provided the highest level of fraud protection. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
Tiger Fitness will apply a 6.5% sales tax on taxable items sent to locations within Ohio. Tiger Fitness will apply a 6.5% sales tax on taxable items sent to locations within Nevada.
How do I use a promotional code?
After you have finished shopping, click on your shopping cart and click "Checkout.” Prior to completing your order you will be asked to enter your promo code.
I have a question on my charges.
Click ‘MyAccount’ at the top of the Web site. You will need to enter your User Name and Password.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click ‘MyAccount’ at the top of the Web site. You will need to enter your User Name and Password. Under the ‘My Orders’ section click the ‘Print invoices/receipt’ link.

Credits usually take 5-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
