How many points can I earn?
The sky is the limit! There is no limit on the amount of Tiger Rewards points you can earn. There are so many ways to earn points and we hope you take advantage of every way possible. Remember, you can earn points for ordering, referring friends, reviewing products, leaving comments on articles and much more. Login to start being rewarded!
How do I spend my Tiger Rewards points to get free stuff?
Step 1 - Log in to your Tiger Fitness account. (Your rewards points are tied to your account, so don't give out your password or account information.)
Step 2 - Navigate to the Reward Catalog Page.
Step 3 - Browse through the rewards catalog full of awesome gear, fitness accessories and one of a kind personal experiences and select the reward you want. Our rewards catalog is constantly changing so make sure you check back frequently!
How do I spend my Tiger Rewards points to get money off my order total?
Step 1 - Log in to your Tiger Fitness account. (Your rewards points are tied to your account, so don't give out your password or account information.)
Step 2 - Browse and shop as you would normally. Once you have everything you want in your shopping cart, head to the checkout page.
Step 3 - On the payments page, enter the amount of points you would like to use (or click the "use maximum" checkbox) then click the "Apply Points" button. You will then see the discount applied to your order under your "Order Summary".
I left a review, why don’t I see my points?
Please make sure you are logged into your Tiger Fitness account before leaving a review. We only offer rewards points for submitting “verified purchaser” reviews. A “verified purchaser” is someone who has purchased a product on Tiger Fitness. We want to be as transparent as possible so we cannot offer rewards points for reviews of products you have not purchased on Tiger Fitness.
What are "pending" points?
Once you place an order you will automatically receive Tiger Rewards points in a "pending" status. These points will go active on your account as soon as the order is shipped (typically within hours of ordering).
How do I earn points for referring people?
First, login to your Tiger Fitness account. Then click on the My Referrals tab in your account. From there you can enter your referral names, e-mail addresses, and a message to them. If they are not already a customer and they sign up for an account on Tiger Fitness then you will then receive your referral points.
What about orders, referrals, article comments, and product reviews I made before the Tiger Rewards program started?
We are sorry but rewards points cannot be given for any activity prior to the start of the Tiger Rewards Program, September 22, 2017.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Tiger Fitness Inc reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, suspend, or cancel any Tiger Fitness Rewards program accounts for any conduct that we feel is in violation of the acceptable use of the Tiger Rewards program. Tiger Fitness also reserves the right to remove any Tiger Fitness Rewards points if we believe the account owner has tried to scam or abuse the Tiger Rewards Program in any way we deem unethical.
Order Rewards Points
As a Tiger Rewards member you will receive 2 reward points for every dollar you spend (minus any order discounts) You will not receive rewards points for any shipping costs or added taxes/feeds.
Product Review Reward Points
You will get 5 reward points for every "verified purchaser" review posted left on Tiger Fitness. Only 1 review is allowed per product. You must be logged in to your Tiger Fitness account at the time of the review to earn your review rewards.
Article Comment Reward Points
You will get 1 reward point for every “approved” article comment on Tiger Fitness. An “approved” comment is one that adds value to our TF community and is manually approved by our Editor-In-Chief Steve Shaw. Get engaged and be rewarded by joining our community and offering your opinion on a variety of topics at Tiger Fitness. You must be logged in to your Tiger Fitness account at the time you leave the article comment to earn your review rewards.
Referral Rewards Points
A referral is someone who does not already have an account with Tiger Fitness who joins the Tiger Rewards program using your referral link. You will be awarded points for the actions below that are performed by the people you refer to Tiger Fitness.
1. When the referred user creates a Tiger Fitness account you get 5 points.
2. When the referred user places their first order at Tiger Fitness you get 1 point for every dollar they spend (not including tax and shipping). You are only awarded points on their first order with Tiger Fitness.
Social Sharing Rewards Points
You will get 2 reward points for each Facebook "Share" or Twitter "Tweet" posted using the buttons provided on the product pages as well as the links in the My Referrals section of your account. To ensure there is no spamming going on there is a maximum of two (5) Facebook "Shares" and two (5) Twitter "Tweets" per Tiger Rewards member account per day. You must be logged in to your Tiger Fitness account at the time of the social sharing to earn your Tiger Rewards.
Birthday Rewards Points
Have a BIRTHDAY, it’s that simple. (You will get 50 reward points for having a birthday!) You must enter your date of birth in your Tiger Fitness account to be eligible for the Birthday rewards points. 50 rewards points will be automatically issued to you on your birthday.
Tiger Rewards Points Expiration
Tiger Rewards points NEVER expire. You can save them up as long as you like.
General Conditions
Any visitor that creates an account at Tiger Fitness is automatically entered in to the Tiger Rewards program. Tiger Rewards points cannot be traded or exchanged for cash. There is a strict limit of one account per person at Tiger Fitness. The Tiger Rewards program is void where prohibited and Tiger Fitness reserves the right to cancel any account deemed to be in violation of our program terms.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Tiger Rewards program automatically releases and holds Tiger Fitness INC, and any affiliated companies, and employees from all liability of any loss, damage, or injuries of any kind stemming from or relating to the Tiger Rewards program. Tiger Fitness will not assume responsibility for any pc, phone, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or service provider, Internet, website use, net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or 3rd party unauthorized human intervention.
